A shared scale for competitive position.
Competitors share one neutral tone. Cobalt is reserved for the client’s brand, and the gap to second place is measured on the bar.
A B2B platform for institutional intelligence. It monitors press, social media and regulation for the people who decide at the top.

Clipping and social listening measure mentions. The question in the boardroom is whether a mention matters.
The business and data foundation were already in place. Brand and product were built on top of it, for CEOs, communications directors and institutional relations teams.
The direction came before the system.
Symbol and palette set the territory first. Tokens and components were written only after that language had held up on real product screens. In the interface, the work was the order of reading: the cycle synthesis in front, indices and comparisons next, the evidence one click under. The website first read as a technical demo and was rebuilt as an institutional product, with navigation, copy and layout changed together.
Identity, design system, product interface, a website in code and the full brand manual. Manual, system and product share one token vocabulary, in two languages and two themes.

Design system
A token system, a semantic palette for status and three type families with fixed roles: display, body and data. Closed in Figma, in light and dark.
Symbol and logotype. Four bodies around a centre, in mutual dependence: the relation the product holds between AI and human context.
Colour by weight: the core palette larger, supporting and status colours smaller.
Numeric hierarchy in JetBrains Mono. The more important the data on screen, the larger the number.

The applications use a short kit: the symbol, the cobalt field and editorial type. What changes from one to the next is the distance it is read from.
